All of our items come with free support, and the support is provided either through comments section on themeforest or by email. Support is limited to questions regarding the theme’s features or problems with the theme. We are not able to provide support for code customizations or third-party plugins. The package contains the following folders:

1. "Subway Theme for phpBB 3.1" This is the folder where Subway theme for phpbb 3.1 is located.

2. "Subway Theme for phpBB 3.2" This is the folder where Subway theme for phpbb 3.2 is located.

3. "Subway_Options_Panel" This is the folder where the Subway theme Options Panel Extension is located. ( phpBB 3.1 and 3.2 only )

4. "Documentation" You are reading it.

• Step 1.  After you have finished downloading the theme from your themeforest account you will find that it is a compressed zip file. You will need to use a program such as winzip to extract the compressed file to your computer.

• Step 2.  Once you have extracted the compressed file you should find that you have 2 folders named "Subway Theme for phpBB 3.1" and another one "Subway Theme for phpBB 3.2" which contains the Subway theme files.
  Based on your installed phpbb version ( 3.1 or 3.2 ) look inside one of the two folders we mentioned above and upload the folder named "Subway" to your server via FTP using  FTP client such as Filezilla or smartFTP. The folder will need to be uploaded into the styles folder of the phpBB3 board. In the directory tree of your ftp client it will be "your board name"/styles/

• Step 3.  Log into your board as Admin by clicking the ACP link on your board ( see the photo below ):

What is the Subway Options Panel?

1. Subway Options Panel is an extension for the Subway phpBB 3.1 and 3.2 theme, that once installed, allows you to easily customize the theme without even touching the code.

How to install the Subway Options Panel?

1.   After you have finished downloading the theme from your themeforest account you will find that it is a compressed zip file. You will need to use a program such as winzip to extract the compressed file to your computer.

2.   Once you have extracted the compressed file you should find that you have a folder named Subway_Options_Panel which contains the Options Panel extension files.
   Inside this folder you will find a folder named "komidesign" .Upload this folder to your server in the ext directory of your phpBB board via FTP using  FTP client such as Filezilla or smartFTP.

3.   Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`.

4.   Look for Subway Options Panel under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

How to access the Options Panel

1. After you have followed the above steps and installed the Options Panel extension,you can access it by visiting your board and clicking on your avatar's icon like in the next image:

How can i change the Logo?

• Text logo: The text logo type (the default type logo) is based on a google web font,named "Open Sans" and a custom font icon.To see the entire list of icons,browse to the Font Icons section on the left menu or click here.

• You can easily switch from text logo to image type logo,aswell as changing the logo text ,colour and icon, by browsing to the Subway Options Panel page and clicking on the "Logo" tab.

Skins

1. You can easily create your own skin by browsing to the Subway Options Panel page and clicking on the left side link "Skin" .


2. Now click on the color-picker you want to change ( Main bg color, secondary bg color or body bg color ).


3. Next click on the "Custom Colors" switcher button located at the top of the page and hit "Submit".Your colors are now saved.

How can i switch to RTL mode?

1. First browse to the official phpBB3 website https://www.phpbb.com/languages/ ,download and install your rtl language.Remember to set as default your RTL language.

2. Now browse to the Subway Options Panel page and click on the left side link "General" .




3. Next click on the "RTL Support" switcher button located at the bottom of the page and hit "Submit".Your settings are now saved.

How do I add or edit the sidebar blocks?

• You can do that by browsing to the following file:
  

  – styles/Subway/template/sidebar.html

• Now edit the last sample block inside sidebar.html file with your own content or if you want to add more blocks you can copy/paste this example inside the sidebar.html file ,each after another to produce more blocks:

After you have finished changing the file(s), go to ACP - General tab - Purge the cache and hit RUN NOW.

How do I remove/edit the sidebar and sidebar blocks ?

1. By browsing to the Subway Options Panel page and click on the left side link "Layout" ,you'll have the following sidebar features:

2. enable/disable the sidebar,show it only on the index page or on index page ,viewforum and viewtopic pages.


3. enable/disable the sidebar position sidebar at the top of the page on mobile reolutions


4. enable/disable the Sidebar Tabs Block
